Communication: Acting as a communication hub, we facilitate clear and timely communication between all parties involved. This involves relaying updates, requests, and important information throughout the transaction process.

Timeline Management: We create and manage timelines for key milestones in the transaction, such as inspection periods, financing contingencies, and closing dates. Proactive monitoring ensures that deadlines are met and potential issues are addressed promptly.

Coordination of Inspections and Appraisals: We schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary assessments, ensuring that they are completed within the specified timeframes and that any issues are addressed accordingly.

Follow-Up and Escalation: We follow up on outstanding tasks, requirements, and contingencies to ensure progress and resolution. If challenges arise, we escalate issues to the relevant parties and work towards finding solutions.
